Each service is completed within different durations. Typically, a service can range from two hours up to an entire day. Larger floor areas may take several days as well depending on the amount of services availed.
Our scope of work varies per service. We have services that cater to basic cleaning needs only (housekeeping) up to highly thorough cleaning needs (post-construction cleaning). Each covers varying levels of cleaning tasks.
Yes, prices indicated in our website are our latest offerings. However, there may be occasions when there is some delay with updating the website. In any case, our staff will provide you the latest prices upon inquiry and/or booking.
Yes. In general, most stains, marks, and odors are removed with our shampooing and steaming services. However, there are instances when stains have already set into the fabric. Our experience with these stains is that they only lighten and cannot be removed completely. In such cases, it depends on what the stain is and how long it has been there.
In general, they refer to the same service and process of vacuuming, lathering, extracting, and drying of furniture. These are varied marketing terms that companies use to refer to their own services. However, there is an overlap with the term ‘Deep Cleaning’ as it traditionally referred to the general cleaning of an area and not furniture. For Captain Cleaners, we use the term ‘Deep Cleaning’ to refer to general cleaning of an area and ‘Upholstery Cleaning/Shampooing’ to refer to cleaning of furniture.
For cabinet interiors, our general policy is that we do not allow cleaners to clean them to avoid any damage, breakage, or loss of the contents of such cabinets, drawers, and shelves. Cleaning of such areas also tends to consume much of the booking time, leaving less time for other areas. Upon special request by the client however, we can instruct our cleaner to focus on such storage area for a particular visit or a combination with other select areas to adequately manage the cleaning time. We will require however that the crew is supervised by you or your representative when such cleaning is conducted.
For utensils, kitchenware, and dinnerware, we only allow a light amount of these items to be cleaned.
Immediately. Our cleaners ensure that the shampooed items are fully dried before leaving. If moisture is allowed to remain in upholstery, fungus, mold, and bacteria will grow. Additionally, the liquid may drip onto the flooring which can damage certain types (e.g. wood, laminate).
In general, we allow time for our crew to spend with their families and therefore make it a point to schedule jobs from Monday-Saturday during regular business hours. However, there are times when we accommodate bookings on these schedules depending on different circumstances such as crew availability, client schedules the following day (for evening schedules), etc. In such cases, additional fees will apply.
No, it is up to the client. Our cleaners are instructed to bring their own meals.
For certain areas within and outside Metro Manila, we charge a mobilization fee. The client will be informed of all included fees prior to booking confirmation and payment.
We have different packages and durations available for our housekeeping service. Our most popular is the 4-hr housekeeping package. Depending on the exact location, we can also offer 3-hrs or even 8 hrs. If you’d like to schedule a weekly housekeeping package, we can also offer 2-hr visits for a minimum number of visits.

No. Aircon cleaning is not included in deep cleaning. However, cleaning of the detachable filter, controls, and plastic face of the unit will be cleaned. Captain Cleaners does not offer aircon cleaning at this time.
